Are your skincare and makeup products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We never test our finished products or individual ingredients on animals, and we only partner with suppliers who uphold the same ethical standards.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We want you to love your routine. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, even if it has been lightly used.
Do you offer international shipping?

How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Each product features a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging, which looks like an open jar with a number followed by an 'M' (e.g., 12M), indicating how many months the product stays fresh after opening.
